* One Bedroom Apartment = Living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen
* Efficiency = Studio (one room) with bathroom and kitchen
* Two Bedroom Apartment = Living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen
* Three Bedroom Combinations = Living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens
* Penthouse = Living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, bar and a huge sun deck overlooking the beach !
Reservations can only be made 365 days in advance to give our regular guests the chance to book the same room for the next year.
* Three night minimum rental. All exceptions are by management discretion.
* All rates shown are per night and for single or double occupancy, extra persons $20 per night. Children under 12 FREE. Sorry, No Pets.
* Seasonal discounts: 10% on winter rentals 28 nights or more.
* All rates plus 11% Florida Sales Tax.
* Deposit of $230 per room is required for reservations/$460 for long term reservations. Refund of $200 only with minimum 30 day notice.
* Cable TV, air condition, telephone with voice mail, and refrigerator in each room. Fully equipped kitchen in each efficiency and apartment.
* Wireless Internet Access.
* Fresh water swimming pool heated in the wintertime. Free Parking. Barbecue Facilities.
* Maid service everyday except Sundays and holidays.
* Holiday and event weekends are subject to February 1st to May 15th rates.
